The Tax and Customs Administration then publishes the website address so that interested parties can access this information through the Tax and Customs Administration’s website. The Cuypershuis is part of the municipality of Roermond. All municipalities in the Netherlands have ANBI status, as do their municipal entities such as the Cuypershuis Roermond. As a municipal museum, the Cuypershuis receives a subsidy from the municipality of Roermond to carry out its core tasks. With your support, the museum can do much more, such as expanding the collection and organizing special exhibitions. Donations, bequests, and legacies are of great importance to the Cuypershuis. As part of the municipality of Roermond, the Cuypershuis holds ANBI status (Public Benefit Organization). Donations and bequests made to the museum are always fully exempt from gift and estate taxes. You can support the museum through a one-time or recurring donation. Donating a special work of art is also an option.
Donors to cultural ANBIs are eligible for an additional tax deduction on donations. This encourages donations to cultural ANBIs. Donating to the museum therefore provides you with tax benefits.
